Each Year Spencer's Nook Hosts a Special Class Event in Vicksburg Mississippi. The 2008 and 2009 Classes were sold out shortly after they opened so get your reservations early for 2010. We teach at an 1820's Bed and Breakfast called the Anchuca (American Indian Name for Happy Home). Reservations for the 2010 class will be taken starting in March 2010. 2009 Anchuca Garden Project
The Anchuca Project for 2009 was a reproduction of one of the Pool statues in the Anchuca's garden area. The original miniature statue was hand-sculpted by Jo and molded in a limited quantity.

Students created this beautiful project, learning how to chip and lay aged brick, create moss, insert mortar, etc. but still have time to wander the grounds or visit downtown Vicksburg and the casinos.

We all have a great time in the Beautiful ANCHUCA Bed & Breakfast...each years event will expand the number of students
and we will expand to add additional spaces at other Antebellum B&B's near the ANCHUCA. All students will meet to work
together to work during the day and spend the evenings having fun at the beautiful B&B's.......
